Refund Policy

All sales on Tech with Jatin are final. We do not offer refunds. Once your payment is confirmed and your enrolment is activated, the amount paid is non-refundable, whether or not you go on to consume the course material.

Why we do not refund

Our courses are digital content with full access granted immediately on purchase. Lessons, downloadable assets, and live mentorship slots are made available the moment we receive payment. Because the value of the content cannot be unbundled or returned after access, we do not process refunds.

How to evaluate before you buy

Before enrolling, please review the syllabus on the course page, watch the free preview lectures we publish on YouTube (@tech_with_jatin), and read the success stories. If you still have questions, reach out via the WhatsApp form on any page of the website and we will happily walk you through the curriculum before you pay.

Payment, duplicate charges, and failed transactions

If you were charged but your enrolment was not activated, or if your account was charged more than once for the same enrolment, please contact us within seven days with your transaction reference. We will investigate and reverse any duplicate or failed-transaction charge within a reasonable period. This applies only to genuine payment errors and not to change-of-mind requests.

Access term

Each course states an access term on its course page (typically 12 to 36 months from the date of enrolment). At the end of that term, access to recorded material, mentorship sessions, and the community ends. The non-refundable nature of your purchase is independent of how much of the content you consumed during the access term.

Cancellation of recurring services

We currently do not sell subscription-based or recurring services. If we introduce any in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the cancellation and renewal terms for those.

Account suspension

If your account is suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service (sharing logins, redistributing material, harassment, and similar), no refund is owed and any remaining access term is forfeited.
