Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of techwithjatin.com and any courses, mentorship sessions, community access, or other services provided by Tech with Jatin 24 Pvt Ltd (“Tech with Jatin”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), with its registered office at D-404, Utsav Homes, Bhosari, Pune 411039, India. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or purchase a course. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

2. Your account and access

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content you have enrolled in for the access period stated on the course page (typically 12 to 36 months from the date of purchase). You may not share your login, record sessions, redistribute course materials, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You will not (a) circumvent any access controls or copy restrictions, (b) scrape, mirror, or republish course material, (c) harass other students or mentors, or (d) use the service for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has breached these terms, without refund.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown on the relevant course page and, where applicable, include or exclude GST as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe). Once a payment is confirmed, your enrolment is final. See our Refund Policy for further details.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, slides, written material, code samples, and downloadable assets, is the property of Tech with Jatin and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you. We grant you a personal licence to use the content as described in Section 2.

6. Mentorship and community

Live mentorship sessions and community access are part of the course offering. We may at our discretion adjust schedules, moderate discussions, remove posts, or suspend community access in cases of misconduct. Mentor feedback is provided in good faith and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific career outcome.

7. Career outcomes

Course outcomes depend on individual effort. The salary hikes, placement timelines, and other figures shown on the site reflect outcomes achieved by our students, but they are not promises and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular result for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tech with Jatin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered students or by a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
